The grid cutter and some clever copy and paste work will create a pretty cool border detail. You can make it as large or small as you'd like. it is sure to be a hit.

### **Video Notes:**

Insert> Shape> Rectangle, remove the stroke, and then click Create.
With the rectangle selected,
- Go to Cut> Grid
- Create a pattern 1 segment wide and 4 segments high with a line spacing of 0
- Click OK
Fill each segment with paper
Select all segments, right click> Flatten
Select the flattened square
- Go to Cut> Straight> Straight edge
- Position the cutter diagonally through the segments
- Keep both areas and cut
With both sections selected, right click> Aspect ratio> Lock aspect ratio
- Resize as desired
Add a ruler marker where you want to place the border
Rotate one half of the square so that the diagonal cut is parallel to the ruler marker line
Rotate the second half of the square so that the diagonal cut is facing the opposite side of the ruler marker line
Piece both halves together.
- Select one half, right click> Flatten
- Go to Arrange> Rotate, then flip the half vertically
Apply desired shadows
Select both pieces,
- Right click> copy
- Right click>paste, piece together to build the border
  - Repeat until the border is built
  - Tip: Once your border is 4-6 segments long, it is recommended you group or flatten the pieces together, then right click> copy, right click> paste.
Postion and resize your border as desired and build your page.
