You will have lots of fun pairing your favorite text and script fonts after watching this video. Note: You can use any script font for this technique. Script fonts that connect yield the best results. The font shown in this video is I Love Glitter. This font can be found on Dafont.com. The I Love Glitter font contains glyphs which are graphic symbols. Instructions on using the font and its glyphs is provided by the font designer and will be included with your font download. ### Video Notes:

Add a Text Box or Text Shape to the page using a chunky print font
- Resize the text as desired
Add a second Text Box or Text Shape to the page using a script font (Note: The letters should connect.)
- Resize the script text as desired
- Position the script text on top of the print text
- Select the script text and go to Insert>Outliner
- Go to the elements panel and lock the original script text
- Select the Outliner text
  - Use the Quick Access Toolbar and change the stroke width to 1/4 inch
  - Change the Stroke color so it contrasts with the print text
  - Right click the Outliner text> Stroke> Format
    - Change the line joints to round
Select both the Outliner text and the print text
- Right click> Flatten
Go to Cut> Wand
- Change the selection scope to all
- Click in the Outliner text portion of the flattened text
- Select
Go to Cut> Cut/Copy
- Keep the unselected area
- Cut
Unlock the script text
- If it is a live text box, Right click> Flatten
Fill each portion of text with paper, gradient, or color
Select both sections
- Right click> Group
Resize and position as desired
