Add the base, recolor or cover it with paper. Add the cellophane layer and then the topper. Arrange the confetti between the base and cellophane. You can also cover the topper with your favorite paper or color. Group your shaker and add your shadow. have fun with it! Note that a set of instructions are included as an element in the kit.
