Typically, it will take between 2-5 business days. However, if your photo has extensive damage or requires multiple revisions, it may take up to two weeks.

Sending in your images is easy! You can either include them in your FOREVER Digitization Box to be digitized along with the rest of your order or send your digital photos directly to us using our digital delivery service—even photos already in your FOREVER account! If you choose digital delivery, you’ll receive an email from us with detailed instructions after paying for your order at checkout.

Restoration is the process of digitally repairing a damaged photo. Our Digital Restoration Artists can repair tears, remove creases, eliminate water damage, restore faded colors, and even remove mold. If your photograph is in color, we will restore the color to its original vibrance as part of the restoration.

Colorization is the process of digitally adding color to a black and white photograph. If your black and white photograph has damage, such as tears, water damage or fading, we will need to restore it before we can colorize it.

If you are submitting your photo as part of a FOREVER Digitization Box order, you can include any special instructions for restoration or colorization on the order form located at the back of the booklet that came with your box.

For submissions through our digital delivery service, you will have the opportunity to add special instructions in your return email when sending us the digital file of your photo.
