RootsTech is the largest convention of people and companies focused on the technology of family history and memory keeping. The event, held this year February 29th through March 2nd, offers a rich schedule of informative keynote addresses, entertainment, workshops, and innovative technology showcases.

FOREVER will host a large booth as well as multiple workshops and presentations at this year’s convention, including "Leaps and Bounds: Methodologies for Making Big Moves in Genealogy Research,” led by FOREVER Senior Genealogical Researcher Katie Derby.
Derby is a world-class genealogist with over 25 years of experience. She holds a degree in Family History & Genealogy from Brigham Young University and has previously served as the director of the FamilySearch Virginia Records Project. Prior to joining FOREVER, Derby was also an adjunct instructor in the Family History Research Program at Brigham Young University Idaho.
In addition, FOREVER Senior Executive Ambassador Marianna Curran will be making a presentation titled, “Preserve, Share, and Cherish Your Family History with FOREVER.” This will be Curran’s seventh year representing FOREVER at RootsTech. “I love RootsTech,” says Curran, “because the genealogy community are as passionate about family history as I am about protecting what they hold dear.”
