Please be advised that we were in contact with the Marriot Earlier today. Turns out they sent us the room block link prematurely. Their system only allows for 352 active days (what they call a K Date) and we are outside of that range. This does not explain why some people were able to book and others could not. We were advised that the issue should completely resolve itself By Sunday, October 20, 2024. We ask that you hold off on making your reservations until October 21, 2024. Also note. We have added additional Thursday rooms, however, you should have no issues and will not miss anything with a Friday Arrival. We will be on open crop time and ice breakers/games until early evening on Friday, so that no one misses a thing. The event lasts through late evening on Sunday. A Friday arrival and Monday departure will be suitable for most.

THE HOTEL ROOM BLOCK IS ON HOLD. PLEASE NOTE THAT A $25 DESTINATION FEE WILL APPEAR ON YOUR RESERVATION, HOWEVER, THIS FEE WILL BE WAIVED AT CHECK IN.
- No payment or deposit is required when attendees book their reservations.
- The method of payment and deposit will be required at check-in, with the final charge applied at check-out.
- At check-in, the system will reflect the actual contracted room rate without the destination/benefits fee.
