Do you have items that are too large to fit into our regular boxes? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered with some great alternatives!

Alternative Box Sizes:

For those items that do not fit our regular box dimensions, we offer several alternative box sizes to accommodate your needs. If you anticipate your items will not fit into our standard boxes, please contact FOREVER Client Care before or shortly after placing your order. By doing this, we can ensure that we send you the appropriate alternative box. To ensure this process is handled efficiently, please provide us with your name and the email associated with your FOREVER account.

Here are the alternative box sizes we currently offer:

• 15x15x8 inches
• 22x16x4 inches
• 24x20x4 inches
• 14x14x14 inches

Using Your Own Box:

If none of the alternative sizes work for your items, there’s one more option available: you can send in your own box. However, please note the following guidelines:

1. Purchase Requirement: Even if you choose to use your own box, you must still purchase one of our boxes from FOREVER.com to generate an order in our system. This helps us track and manage your order efficiently.
2. Box Specifications: The box you provide should be from an official shipping company, such as FedEx or UPS, and intended for multi-use shipping.
3. Notification: Inform us that you will be using your own box by contacting FOREVER Client Care. We will then send you a shipping label via email.
4. Label and Identification: Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your box. Additionally, clearly write the FDC (FOREVER Digitization Connection) number for your box on the outside to ensure that it is processed swiftly and accurately upon arrival.

Regardless of which method you choose, once we receive your box, it will be handled with the same care and efficiency as all other orders.
