When clients walk into the FOREVER Digitization Center in Hobart, WI, they are often surprised by how large the facility is. Then, they are surprised again when they learn that we digitize items from all over North America, not just locally. I love sharing that FOREVER is a one-stop shop for all their memory-keeping needs.

Walk-in clients commonly mention how lucky they are to have us here locally to digitize their memories. Another surprise comes when I tell them that their relatives across the United States and Canada can also use our services by purchasing a FOREVER Digitization Box and sending their items to us for digitization.

When shopping online for FOREVER Digitization, clients can choose from three box sizes: Small, Medium, and Large. Each box comes with a corresponding credit amount: $60 for the Small Box, $300 for the Medium Box, and $600 for the Large Box. There are two main factors when deciding which box size to order:

1. The size or amount of items you want to send. The dimensions of each box are listed when you place your order, so you can determine which size will best accommodate your items.
2. The cost of digitizing your items. The Digitization Estimator is a helpful tool for determining how much your order will cost.

After purchasing a FOREVER Digitization Box, make sure to use the full box credit, as unused credit cannot be refunded or saved for future orders. It's also helpful to fill out the order form at the back of the FOREVER Digitization Box booklet to keep track of how much credit you will use. If your order exceeds the box credit, we will send you an invoice for the extra items.
